Our Little Family: June 2012

I am so sorry that these have been so late to be posted… this week has been flying by! Last Saturday we had Landon's first birthday party and it was a huge blast of Dr. Seuss themed fun! Little Man is one of the most loved children I have ever known. Around 50 of our amazing Family and Friends came over (some even traveled from NY and NC) to help him celebrate. When it was all over, I looked at our living room and it was like a toy store had thrown up everywhere. We tell this little guy daily that he is one lucky (and very loved) little boy!

We need to say here on this blog that everyone knows Mommy is a crazy party planner, but this party would not have been so special without help from a ton of people. Special shout out to Aunt Sarah V., Aunt Becky and Aunt Sarah R., Pop Pop & the Thees family who all sent stuff, baked stuff, decorated and made stuff to help this party to be so perfect.

Cousin Jessica's beautiful wedding was this past weekend and Granna and Grandad decided to spoil all of us and get a beautiful house in Duck for the week after the wedding. More pictures to come, but here are some highlights. PS- John was there, but had to head home early and apparently I took no pictures with him in them…. grrr… and he even got in the pool! I'll have to ask around and get those from everyone else who took pictures!
