Landon's First Haircut

We found a great little barber shop in Hilton and Landon had his first haircut today.  We really didn't plan on doing it, but we stopped in to pick up some pizza and saw the shop, it could not have worked out more perfect!

Mr. Young cut little man's hair and he did wonderful!  Landon had no tears, no fussing and only one grumpy face (which mommy got on camera- of course).

New Bills wear

Daddy ordered Little Man some new Bills wear and he was looking so cute this past Sunday….

Landon and Daddy took a little nap while watching soccer yesterday…. They are so much alike it scares me….haha.

Real men wear pink….

Little Man was sporting his very cute pink shirt on Friday, so we had a couple photo sessions… haha.  He dances ALL the time now and does what we like to call "shake ya bum bum, shake ya bum bum."

Ivy Arnold- Remembered

Landon's great-great-grandmother left us to go to heaven this past month.  We feel so blessed to have had her in our lives!  We honored her memory with a memorial service this past week :)  Little Man was his normal "full of life" self and kept us all entertained.  I missed it, but John told me this great little story about him at the memorial……

Landon's vocabulary currently consists of a couple words and "THIS" is one of those.  He LOVES to say "THIS" over and over again.  NanNan was standing up speaking about her mother and gestured to the room full of our family and said "THIS- is what it is all about" (talking about family/love/gathering)… of course Landon heard his favorite word and started repeating "THIS" while walking around the room- OVER and OVER again :)  Gotta love the little man, he gets it and can ALWAYS make you smile!  

 

September is gonna be better!

We have had some  not so great stuff going on in the month of August, but have a great outlook on September :)  Landon is a full walking, crazy talking child and we can't wait to see what he does next!  So many pictures that need uploaded, so many more updates to come, but here are a few from the last couple weeks….
